We know that professional development, when done well, can significantly improve teacher effectiveness and student achievement. That's why we've designed the Teach 2050 Fellowship to be impactful, practical, and relevant to the needs and experiences of in-service educators and education leaders.
Our program is aligned with and designed to realize global education initiatives such as the Dublin Declaration on Global Education 2050, the Education 2030 Agenda, and the Revised 1974 UNESCO Recommendation concerning Education.

The Teach 2050 Fellowship is established with a mandate to realize the transformative aspirations of the Dublin Declaration on Global Education 2050. As an initiative, Teach 2050 was born out of our participation in the European Congress on Global Education 2050 in Dublin, as we recognized the need for an initiative that could support and empower in-service educators and education leaders to bridge the gap between the willingness to integrate global education and the confidence, skills, and competencies needed to do so.
Based on the Declaration, the fellowship intends to increase and improve coordinated approaches to teacher education and whole-school approach to transformative education.
"Increased and improved whole-sector coordinated approaches, inter alia, within curriculum reform, teacher education, whole-school-approaches, youth sector coordination, adult and community education, further and higher education.β
